Self-hypnosis

Conquer your fears

Fight off procrastination

Hypnosis is often misunderstood. It’s associated with stage hypnosis and movies like Now You See Me. The hypnotizer first puts you in hypnotic trance, and then can manipulate you. Maybe you will reveal some secrets? Tell everyone your password to bank account?

Sounds scary, right?

The thins is: it’s not true. In hypnotic trance, you are less aware of surroundings – that’s true. But you are MORE aware of your feelings, emotions, thoughts. And thus as well: actions. There is no possibility that you will do something against your will or moral values.

You might still be afraid though to be hypnotized by someone. That’s where self-hypnosis comes in. With auto-hypnosis, you put yourself in hypnotic trance, without any ‘external help.’

It’s a great tool to deepen your connection with subconscious mind and hidden thoughts and feelings. Self-hypnosis is highly effective in fighting off procrastination, many anxieties or irrational fears.

What is Self-hypnosis?

Hypnosis is often misunderstood, largely due to its portrayal in movies and stage performances. Many people associate it with mind control, imagining a hypnotist putting someone into a trance and making them reveal secrets or act against their will.

This couldn’t be further from the truth. In a hypnotic trance, you may become less aware of your surroundings, but you are actually more in tune with your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Hypnosis does not override your moral values or personal boundaries—instead, it enhances your awareness of internal experiences.

That’s what makes self-hypnosis, or auto-hypnosis, such a powerful tool. Unlike guided hypnosis, self-hypnosis allows you to enter a hypnotic state on your own, without any external influence. By practicing auto-hypnosis, you access a deeper connection with your subconscious mind. With that, you are able to learn more about your feelings, emotions and hidden mind-schemes.

Learning self-hypnosis can be highly beneficial for personal growth and well-being. It is particularly effective in overcoming procrastination, managing stress, and reducing irrational fears or anxieties. By training your mind to enter a focused, relaxed state, you learn how to reprogram limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering ones.

Whether you use it for motivation, emotional healing, or deep relaxation, self-hypnosis is a valuable skill that enhances mindfulness and self-mastery, giving you the tools to create meaningful change in your life.
