What is meditation?

Meditation is a practice that aims to train awareness and attention. It allows to observe emotions from other perspective.

Some types of meditations include:

  • Mindful breathing;
  • Body scan meditation;
  • Gratitude meditation.

There are many forms of meditation, which are vastly different from each other. That’s why it’s important to find the one, that suits you best.

What is self-hypnosis?

Self-hypnosis (or auto-hypnosis) serves to put you in hypnotic trance state. It’s a natural state of mind, where you can work with your subconscious programs.

Contrary to popular belief, hypnotic trance doesn’t make you unconscious. It’s the exact opposite: during self-hypnosis, you are more aware of your feelings and thoughts.

Auto-hypnosis is a powerful tool, that allows you to re-program your mind. While it takes some time to master it, effects can be seen even after the first sesssion.

What is spirituality?

Spirituality is a broad term. Traditionally, it was a term to describe people, who seek deeper connection with God through religion research.

Nowadays, many mentors define “spirituality” as a search for meaning, purpose in life and sacred values. That might be done through religion, or individual practices.

I cannot give you one, defined answer. But I can show you many different ways that broaden your awareness on the topic.
